Cancellations Policy

3. Changes and Cancellations

• 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after check-in date or on No-show.
• 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled between 364 days before check-in date and the check-in date.
• Free Cancellation if cancelled between the booking date and 364 days before check-in date.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs until 22:00 hrs on the day of arrival. Guests arriving after 22:00 hrs are requested to inform the Hotel in advance.
• Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 hrs on the day of check-out unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Guests may be required to provide photo ID upon check-in for identity confirmation.

5. Charges and GST

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupee (INR) and are exclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) charges at the time of booking.
• Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as food and beverage expenses or room charges, must be settled upon check-out.

6. House Rules

• The images of rooms and facilities on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and specific accommodations may vary slightly.
• 9Bows Landour Mussoorie is a non-smoking establishment, and guests are requested to respect this policy.
• In the event of any accidents or injuries on the premises, guests must report the incident to a member of the Hotel staff within 24 hours.
• Improper, violent, abusive behavior, or any illegal conduct by guests is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room(s) during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

7. Guest Privacy

9Bows Landour Mussoorie has a strict guest privacy policy, and guests’ confidentiality will be respected.

8. Restaurant/Spa Reservations

If you wish to amend or cancel a reservation for restaurant or spa services, please inform us at least 48 hours before arrival.

9. Activities

• All activities booked individually or as part of a package are conducted by outsourced third-party agencies.
• Guests are required to review the description of any activity and meet any specific requirements specified by the third-party agency.
• 9Bows Landour Mussoorie acts as a booking agent, and the Supplier is the sole issuer of the services.

10. Limitation of Liability

• 9Bows Landour Mussoorie will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, power outages, or disruptions of services by third-party providers.
• We shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or valuables of guests during their stay at 9Bows Landour Mussoorie.
• In no event shall 9Bows Landour Mussoorie be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your stay, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your booking.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 9Bows Landour Mussoorie, its directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your stay or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and logos, used or displayed on our website and throughout 9Bows Landour Mussoorie, are the property of their respective owners.
• You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website or any materials found at 9Bows Landour Mussoorie without prior written permission from the rightful owner.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
