To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

• Outside Food:

  Bringing outside food into the property is not permitted.

• Kitchen Access:

  Guest access to the kitchen is not allowed.

• Noise Policy:

  To maintain the tranquility of the property, loud music is prohibited beyond 10 PM.

• Smoking:

  Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas are available.

• Prohibited Activities:

  Any illegal activities, including but not limited to the possession or consumption of drugs/narcotics or carrying firearms/weapons, are strictly forbidden. The management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.

• Valuables:

  Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables.

• ID Proof:

  As per legal requirements, every guest above 18 years must present a government-approved photo ID with an address at check-in. Accepted IDs include Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Passport.

• Behavior and Compliance:

  Any inappropriate behavior or violation of these rules may result in cancellation of booking or a request to vacate the premises without refund.

Special Events & Group Bookings

• Prior approval from management is mandatory for group visits, weddings, pre-wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations, or any events requiring partial or full property usage.
• Such events must be disclosed at the time of booking. Additional charges, deposits, and fees for special arrangements may apply.
